    _About the Opportunity:

    Be a part of our established healthcare facility in the Pacific Northwest.
    We're actively seeking an outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our
    dedicated team, collaborating with an experienced staff within a supportive
    environment. Live in a family-friendly mountain community surrounded by
    nature. With no call schedule, you will have time for outdoor pursuits and
    local engagement. This opportunity invites you to contribute to a fulfilling
    practice that delivers quality patient care.


    _Requirements:
    _


    • Board-certified or truly board-eligible Family Medicine physician
    • MD/DO degree accepted
    • Valid medical license required

    _Practice Details:
    _


    • No call or weekends are required, manageable patient volume
    * 4 day work week

    • The team includes six established physicians and six APC's
    • Immediate patient panel engagement with a retiring physician's practice

    _Compensation & Benefits:
    _


    • Employed position with compensation starting at $325,000+
    • A residency stipend is available to support your professional growth
    * $75,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and $100k direct student loan repayment offered

    • Benefits include 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks PTO, and 2 weeks CME time/allowance
    • Free housing is available for up to six months
