Job Summary

The Health Services Director reports directly to the Siskiyou County Superintendent of Schools. This position provides for the delivery of comprehensive school health services and related programs. This position is responsible for planning, initiating, and administering the school health services and programs, including supervision of the personnel performing school health services and education provided by the SCOE Health Services Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•California Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility

•California School Nurse Services or Health Services Credential

•Five (5) years of demonstrated successful experience as a school nurse

•Current California Registered Nurse license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Master's degree

•Public Health Nurse license
