    About the Opportunity:

    Join our well-established healthcare facility in the Pacific Northwest region. We are actively looking for a Pediatrician to become part of our dedicated team, collaborating with experienced staff in a supportive atmosphere. This position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact through providing high-quality patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Must be Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics
    • Accepted MD/DO degree
    • Valid medical license is a must-have

    Practice Details:

    • Work a 4-day week with light call duties and a manageable patient load
    • Team includes 2 experienced pediatricians and a pediatric nurse practitioner
    • Immediate involvement with an existing patient panel from a retiring pediatrician

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary starting at $299,000+
    • Residency stipend available for further professional development
    • Sign-on bonus of $100,000, relocation support, and $100,000 for student loan repayment
    • Comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks of PTO, and CME allowance
