    About the Opportunity:

    Be a part of our established healthcare facility in the Pacific Northwest. We're actively seeking a Pediatrician to join our dedicated team, collaborating with an experienced staff within a supportive environment. Live in a family-friendly mountain community surrounded by nature. With a light call schedule, you will have time for outdoor pursuits and local engagement. This opportunity invites you to contribute to a fulfilling practice that delivers quality patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Board-certified or truly board-eligible Pediatrician
    • MD/DO degree accepted
    • Valid medical license required

    Practice Details:

    • 4-day work week including a light call schedule and manageable patient volume
    • The team includes 2 established pediatricians and a pediatric nurse practitioner
    • Immediate patient panel engagement with a retiring pediatrician's practice

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Employed position with compensation starting at $299,000+
      • A residency stipend is available to support your professional growth
      • $100,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and $100,000 in direct student loan repayment offered
    • Benefits include 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks PTO, and CME time/allowance
