Responsibilities - Patient-Centric Care: Provide exceptional oral surgery services, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standard of patient care. Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Surgical Expertise: Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, biopsies, and corrective jaw surgery. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral surgery techniques and technologies.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work collaboratively with our experienced dental team to ensure seamless integration of oral surgery services within the practice. Foster a positive and supportive working environment.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local community through educational outreach programs, seminars, and workshops to promote oral health awareness and establish the practice as a trusted resource.

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completed an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Virginia.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong surgical skill set.
