- Lead daily operations for the facility.
- Monitor all facility needs (i.e. water delivery, trash pick-up, gardening, etc.). Ensure facilities are clean and organized at all times.
- Supervise and train Site Support personnel.
- Work with the Logistics Manager and Site Manager to ensure all projects, repairs and ordering are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and ordering inventory. Go supply shopping as needed and ensure the offices are supplied and stocked.
- Submit weekly update reports, vehicle logs, facility logs and inventory logs to the Site Manager and Logistics team to comply with all facility requirements and standards.
- Input all necessary information by utilizing Google Docs and update all current documents.
- Maintain accurate records in electronic and paper files.
- Prepare for all incoming new employees by coordinating with the site manager and applicable supervisors and mentors.
- Lead initial site tours on new employee's Culture Immersion Day.
- Keep up with the new employee's 90 Day process by checking in with employees and all applicable managers and mentors.
- Report to HR Director on IF 90 Day Immersion Experience progress
- Prepare and serve meals to clients while following food safety practices.
- Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and providing client with site rules/policies
- Check in with clients on-site and perform walk-throughs of dorm areas to ensure client safety and welfare.
- Conduct periodic checks of client belongings to ensure that prohibited items are not brought on-site.
- Drive clients to and from appointments/general program activities as scheduled or authorized.
- Update Transportation Logs and inform Supervisor of any vehicle issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to send and receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.
- Valid CA Driver's License and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
