With unicorn founders like Paul Müller as part of the founders and team, we help exceptional talents and experienced entrepreneurs in growing their ventures.

Our three founders - Daniel, Alex, and Florian - are accomplished entrepreneurs with a rich background. The leadership team at EWOR has successfully built and exited 7 companies, including significant exits like Adjust and ProGlove, as well as establishing the largest global entrepreneurship society for the young. They have also made over 150 private angel investments.

We invest up to €150,000 to empower multiple founders, allowing them to sustain themselves and get ready for future funding rounds during or after our Fellowship program. This funding aims to support the early stages of startup development, fostering progress and creativity.

Illustrating the program's effectiveness, one of our fellows achieved a record for Europe's largest pre-seed round by a first-time founder, securing a €12M pre-seed investment.

For those inclined towards a more standard job structure, we are open to offering direct employment with a wage too.

Tasks

You will establish and manage your own startup, specializing in areas like E-Commerce.
Engage in 20 courses covering various topics from team building to no-code prototyping, along with preparing for venture capital rounds.
Undergo a comprehensive personal development journey supervised by unicorn founders, following a structured program to enhance goal setting, time management, and energy optimization.

Requirements

You Have a Desire to Establish a Startup

You will take on the role of a founder in a business. To excel, you should exhibit entrepreneurial determination to construct your business and meet your duties as a founder.

You can come aboard with or without a specific idea

We are seeking exceptional entrepreneurs, not just their concepts. In this opportunity, you will formulate the vision for your upcoming startup if you do not have a clear idea yet.
