Millers Builders is a general contractor specializing in historic and high-end multi-room interior remodels in the Bay Area and we are seeking a versatile and driven Lead Foreman to join our team The Lead Foreman will work with tools on while serving as lead on the project, managing crew and handling daily project progress.

This position will work closely with the founder and principal general contractor to develop and manage daily/weekly project plans and ensure construction meets high quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage Crew
• Lead daily crew of 24 workers, assigning tasks, managing workflow, communicating project's scope of work/timeline and ensuring efficient running of crew
• Interpret and implement architectural and engineering construction documents
• Source and reference California Building Codes and Building Inspection requirements.
• Lead Framing, Plumbing, and Electrical scopes of work
• Work with General Contractor to create advanced material/equipment lists and coordinate the delivery and use of materials.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in construction industry as Lead Foreman AND/OR Journey Level Skilled Worker
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills with client, crew, subcontractors and vendors.
• Possess Personal Tools
• Have valid CA drivers Licence and means of transportation AND Competent in driving vehicles with manual transmission
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills with client, crew, subcontractors and vendors.
• Willingness to be flexible and learn/grow
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a consistent basis, including lifting 50+ lbs

Schedule:
We work a 4/10 work schedule, consisting of four 10-hour shifts

• Workdays: Monday to Thursday
• Shift 7:00am5:00pm (10 hours)

Pay:
$80, $110,000.00 per year
