Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst (Integration Officer) in the Integration Branch, Operations Directorate (OPs) of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)

Headquarters. Responsibilities You will conduct in-depth studies and process improvements on a wide variety of policies and procedures.

You will serve as the lead NAVFAC representative to the Civil Engineer Corps Officers School for Public Works certification courses and Civil Engineer Corps Officer training.

You will track Centrally Managed Programs with Echelon II visibility, including CNIC Centrally Managed Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization; MCICOM M2R2; and Military Construction.

You will support the Deputy Ops Officer to advance NAVFAC strategic priorities relating to work management, including work induction, field testing new IT systems, selection and commissioning of new IT systems and integration into existing processes.

You will oversee the NAVFAC OPS SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, viable, accessible, and accurate.

You will oversee OPS initiatives and actions related to Wartime Acquisition and Response Plans (WARP), including WARP play concept development, updates, release, distribution, and training.

You will supervise Mission Assurance Programs within the purview of OPS, actively recruiting to fill any gaps and assuming the roles of any gapped positions until filled.

You will develop periodic documentation of past command actions; author the Annual Command Operations Report; Draft the NAVFAC end of fiscal year message and similar messages.

During contingency operation, embeds within the NAVFAC watch cell as part of the cell's regular and recurring watch rotation.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Conducting studies on operational, business, or production processes to recommend process improvements; 2) Drafting standardized process or procedural guidance for centrally managed programs, knowledge management systems (KMS), or business practice management systems (BPMS); 3) Tracking lifecycles of facilities sustainment, restoration, and/or modernization projects; and 4) Organizing exercises for mission assurance, contingency operations, or wartime acquisition and response plans.
