Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

You will conduct detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes that can include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas and provide recommendations to program leadership.
You will prepare and implement long-range planning objectives covering administrative aspects of the organization and other assigned areas.
You will conduct studies, surveys and reviews projects to evaluate program requirements, accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
You will analyze requirements and brief senior leadership and make recommendations based on findings.
You will support evaluation of compliance with meeting system specifications, as well as adherence to rules and regulations.
You will prepare senior level briefings on complex topics related to AS(X) design, development, planning, procurement, systems integration, test, fleet introduction, and support.
You will analyze data and develop solutions to identified problems and risks, and recommend the need for, and participate in, the establishment and implementation of risk management efforts.
You will provide Senior Leaders and Program Managers (PMs) with the expertise and information required to make programmatic and risk mitigation and avoidance decisions.
You will represent the organization to various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, etc.) on AS(X) related matters, and at technical meetings and conferences.
You will represent the organization at meetings, conferences and working groups on a variety of matters related to acquisition, strategy development and execution, early involvement in acquisition programs.
