Description

Responsibilities:

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking an experienced civil engineer to join our collaborative and innovative aviation team.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and leading aviation engineering projects

Evaluating and analyzing existing projects

Preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits

Leading proactive client interactions and communications with aviation clients

Performing QA/QC tasks including leading design reviews

Serving as the project manager and mentoring project staff; and serving as the project engineer on construction projects

A valid drivers license and some travel will be required.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have all of the following:

A bachelors degree (or higher) in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college or university

At least Eight years of relevant work experience

PE license in any state with ability to obtain a Colorado PE license within six months of start date

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

Aviation design and construction projects

Client management

Mentoring project staff

Project management
