Superintendent opening with Commercial Construction Group (No Travel) 401k, bonuses, Health Benefits, Great ScheduleWe are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Superintendent in the Commercial Construction industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, overseeing all operations from the initial design phase through to completion.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of the electric, plumbing, and mechanical trades, as well as a proven track record in project management and cost control.

No Travel Required
Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
Manage project budgets, including preparing cost estimates and controlling expenses to stay within budgetary limits.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Continually monitor the progress of the project, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
Proven experience in electric, plumbing, and mechanical trades.
Strong knowledge of safety management and regulatory compliance.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
