- Assess and gain an understanding of the planned environment, culture, processes, and roles within the facility to provide a comprehensive plan/proposal on creating an inclusive workforce.
- Build a pipeline of talent and link individuals who have employment barriers with career-oriented employment.
- Assist to adopt inclusive hiring, training, and managing skills.
- Perform a full assessment of all aspects that contribute to a successful inclusion system such as: job roles analysis, hiring/managing processes and environmental analysis.
- Create and include ongoing supports through individualized support systems that will increase retention and enhance sustainability of the overall effort.
- Execute facility launch and all aspects.
- Provide continued support and ongoing training as needed to ensure long-term execution of a successful diversified workforce.
- Help manage and direct other consultants in their success with contracted businesses including training, scheduling and performance feedback.
- All other duties as requested by the Director.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand, walk and assess spaces of various sizes
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Effectiveness in working with wide audiences and strong customer service is key.
- Significant judgment in working a variety of businesses, employees and potential employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Extremely organized and meticulous with details.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years' experience in related field required
