Your New Role:

We are inviting a meticulously organized and driven Operations Assistant to join our team.

Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our services, and in turn, the lives of the individuals we serve.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Become the backbone of credentialing providers and obtaining prior authorization for services, ensuring every box is ticked for our clients to receive uninterrupted service.
  • Master the art of scheduling, balancing the needs of clients, and the availability of our dedicated behavior technicians.
  • Dive into recruitment processes, becoming a key player in shaping the future of our workforce.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, welcoming new employees with efficiency and warmth.
  • Serve as the company ambassador, sharing information about our services and job opportunities at various events.
  • Be the company liaison for our IT needs, assisting in the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.
  • Keep our office functioning like a welloiled machine, from managing supplies to handling logistics.
  • Innovate and implement operational strategies, playing your part in our continuous quest for excellence.
  • Engage with a variety of tasks, demonstrating your adaptability and alignment with our core values.

Requirements:


Who You Are:


  • You have 2+ years of experience making operations run without a hitch.
  • HR, IT, and office management are familiar territories that you navigate with ease.
  • You pride yourself on your organizational prowess and multitasking abilities.
  • Your problemsolving skills are second to none, and operational efficiency is your middle name.
  • Techsavvy? Absolutely. Your comfort with modern office technology and software is impeccable.
  • Discretion is your watchword, handling confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • Clear communication is your forte, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proactiveness is part of your DNA, always two steps ahead of executive needs.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be the cherry on top.

Work Location:


Based in Merrillville, Indiana, you'll be positioned in the operational hub of our services, with occasional travel to sprinkle your expertise across our other service areas.
