    Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude
    • Proactively meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
    • Engage customers, educate them on available options, and establish trust
    • Connect customers with appropriate technology solutions
    • Offer financial options using a consultative approach
    • Collaborate with specialists to address specific customer needs
    Required Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or financial services sales
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid certifications/licenses as per industry requirements
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor solutions to customers' needs
    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • College degree or equivalent
    • Organized with strong follow-up skills
    • Confident in sharing product knowledge with clients
    • Experience in adhering to regulatory banking requirements
