Together with the team, you ensure a smooth and secure network operation for our customers and their international locations.

You analyze operational disruptions and problem cases of customer networks and develop suitable solutions - continuous development motivates you.

Proactively prevent problems and keep your customers in the loop - this is important to you.

Optimization, automation and documentation are part of your daily tasks.

Your Profile

You have completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable education and may already have some professional experience in the field of network technology.

Ideally, you already have experience with technologies in the Cisco or Fortinet area.

You are open to new things, technology-savvy and always want to improve yourself and the technology.

You have a high level of comprehension, good analytical skills and work with great care.

Service orientation and communication skills are your strengths.

You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
