We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our modular construction team in Brandis near Leipzig.

Project Manager for Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Complete project management from planning to final acceptance with overall responsibility
Adherence to budget requirements and agreedupon completion deadlines
Leadership, supervision, and coordination of schedules during the planning and execution phases
Collaboration with the technical planning department to create design, detail, and construction plans
Creation and monitoring of detailed construction schedules using MS-Project
Obtaining and developing necessary technical requirements for structural integrity, fire safety, and energy efficiency
Obtaining and evaluating bids and making recommendations for subcontractors
Managing project finances and costs, including change orders
Preparation of project documentation according to legal and contractual requirements
Planning and conducting project inspections, monitoring defect resolution, and handing over to clients
Preparing invoices and releasing project for rental to accounting
Managing a team within the project management department
