    Description

    Our client, a live music festival producer is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their growing team The Social Media Coordinator will play a vital role in a team at the core of the industry's leading live entertainment company, creating content for the largest rock and country music festivals in North America.

    The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing the social media presence across multiple festivals, engaging with their audiences, and utilizing their platforms to build brand loyalty and awareness. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in social media management and a strong understanding of the rock music world.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote festivals on various social media channels
    • Campaign strategy, execution, and reporting
    • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
    • Oversee social test schedule and planning
    • Own weekly and quarterly social media wrap report for assigned channels
    • Perform social media marketing research
    • Write social media captions that speak to the company's target audience
    • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
    • Ideate on new content testing and push to market
    • Own onsite channel activities across assigned festivals
    • Plus, additional channel activities and opportunities where presented

    Requirements:

    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Sprinklr
    • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Brandwatch
    • Creative mindset
    • Ability to multitask, strong time management skills, and organization
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Degree or relative experience in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
    • Prior experience with marketing or social media
