Job Summary:

Manage data provided by affiliates and issue reports to clients.


Essential Functions:

• Manage post log data from affiliates, upload into internal database
• Check data conforms to buy order specifications and resolve discrepancies
• Issue weekly post log spending reports for each client
• Enter information into the weekly sales reporting
• Issue weekly performance results and send to top management
• Manage monthly invoice data and upload into internal database
• Verify all invoice detail and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with accounting on the issuance of invoices and provide support documentation as required

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:

• High School Graduate or 1 year business experience
• College degree preferred

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Time sensitive awareness.

• Excel

• Intermediate.
• Math background.

Equipment:

• Basic computer knowledge required

Financial:

• Preparation of financial documents Weekly Reporting

Internal and External Business Contacts:

• Communicate with affiliates and account teams.
