Description
Client Relationship Executives are responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our existing clients and developing new business from those clients.
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving a set amount of conversations daily that result in driving placements/business into Hunter Warfield.
The phone calls would include, but are not limited to, onboarding new clients that have been contracted by our sales team, business reviews, setting expectations, analysis of current accounts through reporting, and covering current industry topics.
This role may be filled at a Senior level, depending on experience.Utilize a client relationship management (CRM) tool to manage and monitor workload as well as accurately record all correspondence.
3+ years of inbound/outbound phone sales experience, account manager or relevant role.Excellent active listening, rapport building and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and has ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Thorough knowledge of Outlook and a general knowledge of Excel,Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
Bachelor's degree.
Actual daily hours will be assigned by senior management and will normally be between 8:00 A.M. Additional hours as needed for training, meetings, and special projects or to meet deadlines and commitments. Some travel may be required.
