Our dynamic and highly motivated team serves customers throughout Europe from our location in Speyer.

To ensure the continued structured expansion of our customer-oriented and efficient organization, we are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) / Full and Part-time.

Your responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries about our products via phone and email
Complaint and return management and processing of claims
Independent decisionmaking on credits, goodwill, and warranty cases, in accordance with our internal guidelines and regulations
Close collaboration with technical customer service teams
Consultation on spare parts
Close collaboration with specialist departments

Your profile:

Completed commercial/technical or craft training, preferably in the fields of electrical, plumbing, heating, or woodworking
Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in dealing with our customers
Proficient in MS Office
Very good German and English skills
Strong customer service and customer orientation
High level of independence, flexibility, and commitment
