To ensure the continued structured expansion of our customer-oriented and efficient organization, we are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) / Full and Part-time.


Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries about our products via phone and email
  • Complaint and return management and processing of claims
  • Independent decisionmaking on credits, goodwill, and warranty cases, in accordance with our internal guidelines and regulations
  • Close collaboration with technical customer service teams
  • Consultation on spare parts
  • Close collaboration with specialist departments

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial/technical or craft training, preferably in the fields of electrical, plumbing, heating, or woodworking
  • Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in dealing with our customers
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong customer service and customer orientation
  • High level of independence, flexibility, and commitment
  • Confident demeanor and
