In our Greenlight Hubs in Germany, where we onboard new partner drivers and support existing ones, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in support and training roles.

You will help our partner drivers achieve their goals through driving on our platform, provide excellent service to our riders, and contribute to the growth of Uber in our cities.


The ideal candidate will become an essential part of our active and motivated team, providing efficient and effective core functions of our business and leaving a lasting positive impression on visitors to our Greenlight Hubs.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide 5star support to our partner drivers in person
  • Welcome new partner drivers and assist them with signing up
  • Deliver highquality presentations to new and existing partner drivers
  • Be motivated and knowledgeable when speaking about Uber's products
  • Collect key data and metrics to ensure you and the team are operating at the highest level
  • Support phone calling sprints
  • Think outside the box: Identify root causes of partner driver challenges and make suggestions for improving them at the core
  • Use your calm demeanor, excellent negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities to defuse potentially heated discussions

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced, customeroriented environment
  • Able to act quickly and thought
