Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Vibrant Apartments, The Magnolia I, and The Magnolia II Apartments located in NW and NE Portland. These three apartment communities have a total of 193 units.
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, income certifications, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as leasing apartments, answering phones, and touring prospects.
Location: Vibrant Apartments , The Magnolia Apartments I & II (Portland, OR)
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr.
Workdays: Thursday to Monday, with flexible start and end times
Additional Compensation: Monthly$25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
The Assistant Property Manager is eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.
