    Job DescriptionRole

    As a Quality Engineer II (also known as Quality Control Engineer, Manufacturing Quality Engineer), you'll be responsible for developing reliability and inspection plans for new products, evaluating products and manufacturing processes, and supporting quality control activities. You'll collaborate with Product Development Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Manufacturing associates to ensure product integrity and resolve quality problems. You'll also supervise technicians and participate in internal audits.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required. ASQ CQE preferred.
    • 2 – 4 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of QSR, ISO, UL, and IEC requirements preferred.
    • Proficiency in GD&T, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and Continuous Improvement. Experience in a Manufacturing Environment and familiarity with CAD Software (AutoCAD) and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
