We are currently seeking a qualified Bather Facility Specialist (m/f) to join our partner company in the Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis area, starting on March 1, 2024.

This is a full-time position located at the Maxdorf County Pool. The role will initially be filled through GABIS with the possibility of permanent employment.


Conditions:


  • Hourly wage: $ $22.75, depending on qualifications and experience, plus standard shift differentials
  • Working hours: Fulltime (39 hours/week), rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
  • Vacation and holiday pay
  • 30 days of vacation per year

Your responsibilities:


  • Supervising pool operations
  • Maintaining facilities and outdoor areas
  • Various facility management tasks
  • Assisting pool guests, including leading classes and events

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a Bather Facility Specialist (m/f)
  • Qualifications: German Silver Lifesaving Badge and current First Aid certification
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Friendly, confident, and assertive demeanor
  • Flexible, independent, and responsible approach to work
