    Description

    Join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant at New Hope Clinic and be part of a healthcare organization that values inclusivity and is dedicated to the well-being of its members.

    New Hope is a nurse-driven clinic specializing in HIV care, offering a range of services to patients in Central Washington. Public health nurses and case managers collaborate to provide wrap-around care services and build relationships with patients.

    Position Highlights:

    • $19.04-$27.97/hour DOE with potential for higher pay for experienced candidates
    • $5,000.00 Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:
      • At Hire: $1,500.00
      • At 90-Days: $1,500.00
      • At 180-Days: $2,000.00
      • Bonus pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)
    • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm; Occasional Saturday

    As a Medical Assistant, you will:

    • Maintain and update patient records, including vital signs and medications
    • Prepare for patient visits and collaborate with Providers
    • Prepare exam rooms, explain procedures, and provide patient education
    • Collect lab specimens, administer medication, and perform clinical tasks

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Completion of an accredited medical assisting program
    • One year of CMA experience preferred
    • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
    • Medical knowledge and strong people skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR
