We are currently seeking Project Managers (m/f/d) for building technology in Linntown, PA, with a focus on electrical engineering, HVAC or plumbing/sprinkler/fire protection.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager (m/f/d) for building technology in Linntown, PA include:

Planning challenging projects of all sizes in all phases of the HOAI (with a focus on phases 1-7)
Budget responsibility within the project
Advising clients in their respective field for TGAspecific solutions and concepts
Managing contractrelated correspondence and change orders according to legal requirements
Acting as a point of contact for architects, clients, and contractors
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of all building technology trades

Your profile:

Successfully completed degree in engineering for building services or equivalent qualification
Experience with HOAI, VOB, and other relevant regulations
Strong communication skills
Ideally several years of relevant professional experience
Good German and English skills are required
