On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a
Physics or Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for the location Westmont, PA to design nuclear measurement technology and integrate it into the overall control system concept.


Your responsibilities:

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with relevant departments, particularly acting as a liaison to neighboring departments for mechanical engineering and TXS control cabinet design
  • System engineering, including requirements management using suitable software tools (Cradle)
  • Work in the test field for system function tests
  • Testing of the measurement chain in the radiochemical laboratory
  • Creation of tender documents and review of subcontractor documentation

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in physics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
  • Competence in the field of neutron flux measurement technology, automation technology, and signal processing
  • Knowledge of the mechanical and electrical structure of measurement technology
  • Experience in research and development as well as customer projects
  • First practical experience in the test field and on systems, particularly in functional testing and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of English
