The Theo Klein GmbH employs over 200 employees at its two national locations in Ramberg and Landau and its five international locations in England, France, Spain, USA, and Hong Kong.

In addition to production in Germany, our products are also produced by partners in Eastern Europe and the Far East. Thanks to a consistent development of our products and constant expansion of our product range, we are one of the market leaders in the toy industry in Europe.

We are currently seeking to strengthen our export team:

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting international, especially English-speaking, customers
  • Handling all sales-related administrative tasks, such as creating offers
  • Independently processing customer complaints
  • Monitoring deadlines and organizing shipments
  • Creating evaluations, statistics, etc.
  • Visiting customers and trade fairs
  • Friendly and regular communication with customers via email and phone

Your profile:

  • Commercial education / knowledge
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing, additional languages are advantageous
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
