In the context of
direct placement, we are currently seeking a
Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) for our client, a digital
tax consulting firm with multiple locations in Baden-Württemberg, to start as soon as possible in the Fellbach area, either full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities include:

In the area of payroll accounting, you will be responsible for recording, processing and booking the salaries of your clients
You will accompany tax and social security audits
You will diligently maintain customer data (master data maintenance)
You will review and post incoming invoices
You will monitor open items of creditors and debtors
You will reconcile accounts
You will participate in monthly and annual financial statements
In the accounting department, you will also handle general administrative tasks
You will be a competent contact person for your clients, colleagues and authorities

Your qualifications:

You have completed a taxrelated education, a comparable degree or have several years of professional experience in payroll and financial accounting
Ideally, you have already worked with DATEV, especially payroll and salary (LODAS)
You are proficient in common MS Office programs
You value the wellbeing of your clients
You are comfortable working with numbers, can work independently and follow a structured approach
Discretion and loyalty are natural to you
You can work constructively with different personalities and management levels
