We are currently seeking a
Local Procurement Clerk (m/f/d) for our prestigious client at the
Neutraubling location in
Clarksburg, MO.

This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.


Your responsibilities:

  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers based on procurement market analysis
  • Negotiating delivery and payment terms within a given framework
  • Communicating and verifying the feasibility of technical product changes or substitutions
  • Creating and partially placing orders in SAP
  • Regular evaluation of suppliers based on predefined metrics
  • Preparing statistical evaluations for price negotiations
  • Verifying and approving invoices and credit notes

Your profile:

  • Relevant 23 year vocational training with additional specialized experience in the construction industry or (special) mechanical engineering preferred
  • Professional experience in strategic procurement administration
  • Technical knowledge, preferably in construction or mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in SAP MM
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good to very good English skills
