✓ You are responsible for the professional, disciplinary and organizational management of your store and are always ready to pitch in for success.
✓ You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the staff schedule while considering guidelines.
✓ You ensure that everything is in order in your store and impress our customers with the quality and freshness of our products.
✓ You keep an eye on key figures and manage and monitor sales, inventory and personnel costs.
