The Catella Real Estate AG, a subsidiary based in Munich, specializes in real estate funds for commercial and institutional investors with a European focus. It manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 7.4 billion EUR in 20 real estate funds under German investment law.

We are currently seeking a new team member to join us at our Munich location as a

ESG / Sustainability Manager (m/w/d) Real Estate

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) with a diverse and challenging range of tasks in a friendly and dynamic team.

Your responsibilities

Co-project management for consumption data collection and CO2 strategy at portfolio level
Support in the development, structuring, and maintenance of ESG-related key figures
Collaboration in the development of new sustainability approaches and processes at company and property level
Participation in the integration of ESG and sustainability goals across departments and units
Support and monitoring of regular internal and external reporting obligations
Observation of the impact of the EU Action Plan, early identification of action needs, and implementation of necessary changes at the property level
