Your tasks

For our location in Korbach, we would like to offer an intern (m/f/d) the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the work of the Human Relations (HR) department, specifically in the areas of training and personnel and organizational development, starting as soon as possible.

Ideally, the internship period is 3 to 6 months, with a combination of voluntary and mandatory internships possible.

The main tasks are:
  • Getting to know and supporting administrative and organizational tasks in training as well as in personnel and organizational development using various systems such as SAP
  • Participation and support in the recruitment of trainees and dual students
  • Support in the talent management cycle, e.g. in the preparation of talent management conferences
  • Support in the planning, organization and implementation of training and further qualification measures
  • Participation in employer branding initiatives in the field of training
  • Accompanying current strategic projects and working on individual special topics, including independent research and elaboration on specific subject areas
  • Supporting and accompanying the team in operational tasks, e.g. in creating presentations
