    Description
    Senior Thermal Engineer - Colorado


    I'm currently seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to join a fast-growing Space company who are involved in the development of Satellites and other space equipment for both large and small space entities.


    Responsibilities:


    Perform integrated thermal analysis to determine radiator/heater sizing and external coatings required to maintain all elements of the SV in thermal limits.

    Support hardware developers in selection of materials, process, and tests that comply with thermal design.
    Coordinate thermal interfaces between spacecraft subsystems.
    Flow down interfaces and environments to component suppliers.
    Develop test and verification approaches and levels for thermal verification of components.


    Qualifications:
    5+ years of Thermal engineering experience.
    Thermal Desktop Experience.

    Possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within an organization and convey decisions, direction, and conclusions in a manner meaningful to multiple audiences.

    Extensive experience in spacecraft design, launch, and operation, including experience at all phases of the development lifecycle
    Experience in integrated software/hardware verification and testing.
