    As a Customer Service Representative, your mission is to provide the community with information about fundraising, all while swiftly tackling any issues our beloved client accounts may face with pinpoint accuracy and superhero efficiency.

    Our top-notch Customer Service Representatives and Managers are more excited to help customers than a speeding bullet. They possess the powers of outgoing charm, engaging charisma, infinite patience, empathetic understanding, and a talent for passionate communication. Your mission is to uphold impeccable service standards, respond to customer inquiries quicker than a lightning strike, and keep our customers satisfied to superhero levels. If you're a social superhero who loves to connect with people, this is the heroic role for you

    CSR responsibilities include:
    • Building unbreakable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Providing information that's as accurate, valid, and complete as a hero's secret files, using the right super-tools
    • Handling questions and complaints with the finesse of a hero, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in the blink of an eye and following up to ensure resolution
    • Keeping records of your epic customer interactions, processing customer accounts like a true hero, and filing documents with meticulous precision
    • Following our communication protocols, guidelines, and policies, in harmony with our charity's guidelines, and going the extra mile to engage and educate on behalf of the charity

    CSR skills we admire:
    • Proven customer service experience, or experience as a client service hero
    • A deep-rooted passion for philanthropy, charity work, or simply helping others
    • A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt and respond to different character types, much like a shape-shifting hero
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that can captivate any audience
    • The ability to multitask, prioritize like a superhero, and manage time with the precision of a superpower
