Human Resources and Payroll department, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your tasks:


  • Processing and execution of monthly payroll using scheduling and billing programs (Time-Office and KIDICAP)
  • Competent advice for employees and managers on all personnelrelated issues
  • Independent, holistic personnel administration for all processes from hiring to departure of employees for a designated area of responsibility
  • Completion of reporting and certification tasks
  • You are the personal contact for our employees, health insurance companies, and authorities.

Profile/Qualifications:


  • A degree in business administration with a focus on personnel, a successfully completed training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d), or a similar commercial apprenticeship
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of payroll accounting and personnel administration ideally in a hospital environment
