Job Overview:
The Arbors Assisted Living is currently hiring Recreation Aides to work in our Recreation Department. We have full time, part time and per diem positions available.


Responsible to assist in planning, organizing and implementing program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs and interests of the residents within the community.

Should have musical background (possibly play an instrument) plus clean drivers license.


Encourages resident participation in group and individual activities including arts crafts, community outings, religious activities, intellectual/educational activities, community service activities, recreational activities, etc.

Assists Director in completing monthly calendar of available recreational services and posts in the community.

Assists Director in completing Resident Newsletter at a minimum of every other month.


Salary:
$16.00 per hour
