    Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate Project Management

    Job Summary


    The Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate Project Management oversees various project management aspects across corporate and branch locations, reporting to the Director of CRE Project Management. This role involves fostering strong relationships with business units to establish efficient service delivery models that support the productivity of Raymond James associates.

    Responsibilities include guiding the project management team, conducting strategic analysis, presentations, planning, research, and reporting. Managing complex programs in a cross-functional team environment is crucial for success.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Establishes and implements overall project plans and objectives, including schedules and budgets.
    • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory project delivery.
    • Leads or supports complex initiatives across the organization throughout project lifecycles.
    • Manages project financial expenditure budgets and oversees costs, reporting any variances to the VP of Real estate.
    • Oversees all phases of projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and construction.
    • Prepares RFPs for contractor selection and negotiates contracts for design and construction services.
    • Leads project meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
    • Monitors project activities including schedules, costs, document interpretations, submittals, and shop drawings. Reviews project costs and provides status reports.
    • Manages external resources to achieve business results and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
    • Prepares close-out documentation and builds credibility with key leaders to address varying needs.
    • Coordinates client satisfaction surveys and drives improvements in quality and cost reduction.
    • Establishes 'best practices' and ensures consistency across the portfolio.
    • Evaluates software solutions for project management and recommends enhancements.
    • Collaborates on firm growth and improvement initiatives, including energy and sustainability objectives.
    • Prioritizes vendor management for branch projects.
    Qualifications:

    • Financial terms and principles.

    Skill Set:


    • Delivering effective presentations to internal customers and executive audiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat.
    • Experience with Service Now, Oracle PeopleSoft, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Tableau.
    • Understanding of construction, design, engineering, planning, and quality control.
    • Interpreting financial data and forecasting budgets.
    • Analyzing complex business documents.

    Ability to:


    • Build and maintain effective relationships within the organization.
    • Lead and oversee the work of others.
    • Source suppliers across U.S. markets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and influence teammates.
    • Manage tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Educational/Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in Design, Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
    • OR ~
    • Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training approved by Human Resources.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • PMP certification preferred.
    • LEED AP certification is desirable.
