FēD | Digital Media Company is a web-based digital media company specializing in producing amazing media for real estate and small business clients, media that motivates, inspires and sells.

We combine savvy digital images and video inspired by artistic sensibilities with smart, modern digital marketing techniques to help our clients dominate their digital spaces.

We're looking for an imaging specialist — a photographer and videographer who knows what they're doing, has an incredible eye, exceptional customer skills and a solid, respectable work ethic to grow our company with.

The position will primarily involve capturing quality real estate photography, aerial drone photography, aerial drone video, stabilized video footage and landscape time-lapses.

We also frequently produce quality video media for our best clients, not necessarily real estate related, and you will be an integral part of these productions as well.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Respectable experience in modern photo and video production
• Razorsharp knowledge of photography and videography fundamentals
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A professional mindset. You need to BE a professional.
• Dependable transportation and a great driving record.
• The ability to work closely with a small team of pros.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Equipment. Use our equipment. But if you have your own, you'll be compensated for its use.
• Mileage. You're compensated for your time traveling to shoots, on top of the IRS mileage rate. This can be a substantial benefit.
• Flexibility. We ask for flexibility in scheduling from you (shoots change, and are variable), but we're equally flexible. If you want to join the crew of a larger production for an afternoon, we can work with you.
• Growth. We're on the cutting edge of webbased media production. You'll learn. Lots. Be ready.
