Healthcare Planner I & II

Salary Range:
$60,000-100,000

• Acquire, normalize, analyze, and maintain multisector data (patient/facility/physician)
• Analyze, forecast, and display findings to support project requirements.
• Demonstrate growing expertise utilizing healthcare planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational requirements (space and staff)
• Support development of complete healthcare planning documentation for regional service delivery, functional programming, and facility master planning.
• Provide 3d modeling and graphics support for healthcare facility and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare, Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, GIS, or other data/analysis intensive major. Master's or professional degree desirable.
• Problem seeker/problem solving skills.
• Team player
• Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems.

Experience/Technical Skills Desired

• 12 years of healthcare experience in related Innova core sectors (healthcare strategy, operations, capital/facility/equipment planning)
• Data Management experience
• Healthcare Data Analysis experience (Decision Support / Finance / etc.)
• Graphics capability able to portray data/analysis visually.
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam experience
• MS Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel (intermediate proficiency
• Pivot tables, complex "if" statements, conditional formatting)

Complementary Skills and Knowledge

• Business Intelligence Tools
• Tableau
• Alteryx
• Power Bi
• SQL: intermediate to advanced proficiency
• GIS Experience (Data or Graphics Side)
• Biomedical Equipment experience

Location/Benefits/Travel
These positions are being offered at our Tucson office located at 5255 E. Williams Circle, Suite 6000. We offer paid vacation, healthcare, healthcare savings account, 401K, and profit-sharing benefits. Travel is project based and variable but is typically less than 5 nights per month for this position.
