    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Professional Services Team is responsible for implementing cutting-edge technical solutions for our clients. As a Cloud Project Engineer on our Professional Services Team, you will work with a senior project resource, providing Level II implementation, configuring, architecting, consulting, troubleshooting, documentation, and support to clients during short to intermediate-term cloud-related IT projects.

    You will primarily be involved with implementing and migrating to various Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud solutions (Azure AD, Intune, Azure virtual servers, Microsoft 365 E-Mail, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

    This is not a 'break/fix' job (unless you break it.) Professional Services team members are the tip of the spear, touching all new technology first, getting the most experience with all facets of the IT lifecycle, and consequently growing their careers the fastest.
    This position reports to the Sr. Director of Professional Services.

    The salary for this position is $80,000+ (negotiable based on experience).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Arrives to work on time and ready to take action
    • Motivated to work efficiently and resolve issues as they arise
    • A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay)
    • Good communicator (from interdepartmental to client C level to end user)
    • Top Notch troubleshooting skills
    • Follows documentation and offers suggestions for improvements
    • Takes ownership of projects to completion
    • Lead/mentor other project team members during projects
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
    • Looking to fast track their IT career

    DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

    • 4-10 years of work experience with start to finish deployment of IT solutions
    • Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable
    • Server Experience is required
    • Advanced TCP/IP & Network troubleshooting skills are required
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • O365 / Azure Migration, Deployments, Administration & Troubleshooting
    • Sonicwall Experience preferred but not required (any firewall/router experience is sufficient)
    • Advanced understanding of networking concepts - Routing/Switching/VLANs
    • VMware experience is a plus
    • SAN migration / deployment is a plus
    • Experience with Powershell scripting is a plus
    • Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable
