    Description

    Cloud Data Engineer / AWS - Remote Role

    A company is looking for a Cloud Data Engineer with experience in AWS for a remote role. If you have a background in cloud-based big data storage, processing, ETL/ELT, and ingest tools like S3, AWS Glue, and Apache Spark, you might be a perfect fit for this position.

    Key Requirements:
    • 5+ years' experience in cloud-based big data storage
    • 3+ years' experience in manipulating SQL and NoSQL-based file types
    • 3+ years in software development in an agile-based Dev team
    • Experience in data modeling at various levels
    • Good working experience with Amazon Redshift, Amazon Glue, and other AWS tools
    • Proficiency in core AWS services and architecture best practices
    • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining AWS-based applications
    • Ability to analyze requirements and propose solutions in an AWS Environment
    • Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL
    • Exposure to Informatica and AWS Integration
    • Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model, collaborating with different teams
    • Good communication and facilitation skills
    • Exposure to Agile methodologies
    Minimum Education and Certifications
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    Basic Qualifications
    • 5 years Cloud Dev and Migration-AWS-Analytics/DW/Redshift
    • 1 year Oracle/PL SQL
    • 1 year Data Integrator-ETL-Informatica
