    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly sales targets
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
    • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
    • Build trust with customers and assist in sales processes
    • Proactively address customer inquiries and collaborate with Realtors

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Effective organizational and time management abilities

    Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the greater Silverdale Area

    Salary Range: $85,000 to $175,000 annually, inclusive of sales commission
