    Description

    Pride Health is hiring an OBGYN Clinic Registered Nurse for a client in Middletown, CT (Contract)

    Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift

    Contract: 3 month contract

    Pay Rate: $45-48/hour

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an OBGYN clinic setting, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care.
    • Assist OBGYN physicians with examinations, procedures, etc. as needed.
    • Educate patients on women's health topics, prenatal care, and postpartum recovery.
    • Perform nursing assessments, triage patient calls, and coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active RN license
    • BLS Certification
    • Must have current (within 2-3 years) experience in Ambulatory OBGYN experience (to include high risk obstetrics, infertility and GYN specialty) required
    • Telephone triage, antenatal testing/NST/Electronic Fetal Monitoring
    • Labor and Delivery experience (including circulating in the OR) is a plus
