    Job Description Summary

    Department Specific Job Responsibilities:

    • OR West consists of 10 operating rooms specializing in Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery, handling a diverse range of surgical procedures.

    Staff work varying shifts and cover call on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    Embark on an exciting opportunity at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

    West ORs: Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus available.

    Important Details:

    • New hires and returning employees are eligible for sign-on bonuses.
    • Full-time status is for schedules of 30+ hours per week.
    • Sign-on bonuses are subject to change based on organizational needs.

    Job Description:

    Provide direct patient care and make informed nursing judgments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient needs. Advocate for patients and maintain a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

    Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.

    Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience required.

    License/Certification(s): Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification required.
