Description

Summit Properties seeks full-time Building Maintenance Supervisor for 150 apartments in Addison County.

You will work with the Property Manager on a day-to-day basis to oversee maintenance for 6 properties throughout Brandon, Middlebury and Vergennes, VT.

The position is based out of Brandon, but travels throughout the 6 properties in Addison County that you are responsible for.

This is an active, independent job, that requires building maintenance knowledge but also people skills and some computer skills.

Salary commensurate with experience.
