This position will be full-time, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility on scheduled hours is available if needed.Specific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing of incoming and outgoing compliance correspondence;
- Acting as a point person for site staff in need of assistance;
- Scanning and saving documents to electronic files, including tenant efiles, new property tenant files and others as assigned;
- Performing audits of all new tenant files to ensure compliance;
- Assisting Compliance & Property Management team with general office tasks and administration;
- Responsible for taking meeting minutes at weekly meetings;
- Assisting Compliance & Property Management team with various projects;
- Acting as a backup for the Office Coordinator as necessary;
- Processing Security Deposit Transmittal mailings;
- Any other tasks related to the operations and objectives of the Company that the Company reasonably asks you to perform.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Ability to work in dependently and manage time
- 23 years in administrative experience
- Strong organization skills
- Computer skills are required including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in property management and affordable housing is preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout our properties in Upstate New York, Vermont and New Hampshire when needed.

$ $26.00 per hour

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Property Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
