    Position Profile


    Weaver is looking for talented tax professionals at the Senior Associate level to join our growing firm The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate with 2+ years of public accounting experience and have the desire to specialize in Corporate Tax / ASC 740.


    A Weaver Tax Senior Associate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.

    This individual has the opportunity to assist and mentor less experienced teammates. Weaver employees enjoy flexibility, meaningful and diverse client work, a supportive and innovative work environment and many more benefits.

    Education and Skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
    • CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
    • 2+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination of both
    • Knowledge of corporate tax / ASC 740
    • Experience preparing federal tax returns
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
