We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Employment Litigation to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about employment law and eager to contribute to our thriving practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including employment disputes, discrimination claims, and non-compete matters.
• Participate in first or second chair jury trials, appellate court proceedings, and administrative agency hearings.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs. Present compelling arguments in court.
• Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and building strong relationships.
• Engage with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Ability to dissect complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to understanding clients' needs and collaborating with colleagues.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
